All our computers will have Microsoft Office installed. (Power point, Word, Excel and Outlook

You may choose to deliver your presentation with a USB RAM DRIVE, D.V.D. or a C.D.

There will be a b/w printer and computers with open internet access available at the back of the meeting room.

There is free, open wireless internet for all rooms at the Embassy Suites
