AFM (Atomic Force Microscope):

Atomic Force Microscopy uses a small cantilever to measure the height of atomic surfaces.

CNTs (Carbon Nanotubes):

Carbon nanotubes are cynlindrical tubes, typically only a few atoms in diameter, that exhibit incredible strength for their size.

SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope):

A type of electron microscope that uses an electron beam to produce high resolution images of surfaces.
