Research

My background is in atom interferometry, laser cooling, and Bose-Einstein condensation.  At BYU I have focused on atom interferometry, with some collaborative work on laser cooling/trapping and ultracold plasmas with Dr. Scott Bergeson.

To read more about my research, please go to my "projects" page.  To read about the students who work in my lab and what they have been working on, please go to my "students" page.  You can also find more information on my publications page.

Check out the pictures from our trip to Chris' cabin.  We've been there again twice since.  Some time I'll have to post more pictures.

You can also take a look at some pictures I took on our trip to DAMOP 2007 in Calgary.
