No Mormon that I know believes that all non-LDS members are damned. In fact, Mormon doctrine teaches quite clearly that many people who didn't have the chance while alive will accept Christ in the hereafter, so we do not even teach that "all non-Christians are damned" (unlike some Christian religions).
